• 50g rolled oats
• 250ml Dale Farm Chocolate/Vanilla/Coffee/Strawberry Protein Milk – Use your favourite flavour
• 2 tablespoons Dale Farm Delightly Greek Style Yogurt
• 50g mixed fresh berries, blueberries and raspberries
• 1 tablespoons chia seeds & chopped almonds
• 1 teaspoon almond butter or peanut butter
• Pinch of salt


1: Stir everything together in a bowl.
2: Place in fridge overnight in a bowl or pour into an airtight container or jar
3: In the morning top with more berries, seeds or nuts
